Reducing the Outflow of CBRN Soldiers from the Perspective of Motivation

Outflow itself and the turnover of personnel are natural phenomena occur in any organisation. The motivational factors influencing outflow can be classified as financial, medical psychological factors. Compared with two other factors, factor is most complex one. In research, author examined these among soldiers HDF 93rd CBRN Battalion 2008 2018 compared differences. also analysed relationship between salary-motivated age, defining a key amount that should taken into consideration order to prevent mass outflow.
